The "Kyoto" project for 23.5 concludes with director Alan Algee’s "Moving / Memory,” a short film featuring shodō artist and teacher Hiroshi Ueta demonstrating his own avant-garde calligraphy approach, and discussing its relationship to the history and practice of the art form in Japan.
