A SPIRITUAL TRIP

The filmmaker Omid Fatemi took a spiritual trip around Puerto Rico with island resident Otura Mun in order to trace the artist's nascent journey into the ancient West African religion of Ifá. The resulting short film connects ideas around identity, the African diaspora, the power of music, and the relationship between the spiritual and material worlds.
